Company Profile
Ryan, Saffel, and Associates, Incorporated is currently in its twenty-ninth year of operation. Founded by Richard Ryan in 1983, the agency expanded in 1986 with the addition of Phil Saffel and again with Chris Saffel in 1995. Since 2005, RSA has further increased its sales team with the addition of Beth Smith, Mike Sailors and Meredith Solomon. Behind the scenes making everything run smoothly are our customer service representatives: Carole and Terryl.
Company Strategy
While respecting the strict code of conduct based on honor, hard work and integrity we position the manufacturers appropriately with distribution to penetrate the different market channels. We ensure a high standard of excellence through development of employees, encouragement of new ideas and engaging the end user. We encourage professional development by conducting selling skills workshops, high efficiency cleaning seminars and hands on training.
